I forgot my password. What do I do?If you are not already logged in, you will see a log-in block to your right. Click on the link that says "Log in Problems?" You will be presented with a form where you can enter either your email address or your user name. Enter one of them and keep that form open. You will receive an email with a confirmation code. This is NOT your password. Copy the code and paste it into the form you left open. You will be sent a SECOND email. This time it will contain a new password. Use this password to log in. Once logged in, you should click on "My Account" in the menu on the left, and change your password to something you will remember next time.
